Other Sites Not Dedicated to Music
Never heard of it. Its a nice looking site tho. I may have to add it to my list of places to pop tunes out.
This post keeps popping up in the favorites area, so whats up? is it doing anybody any good? I'm all for promoting other sites that help other musicians. Lets hear what you have to say about this site, is it any good for you? Is automation and slick programmed sites all good or good for nothing? what do you think? If a site doesn't try to help promote you as a musician then it really isn't worth even the free price tag it offers in my opinion. So lets hear it, what do ya say.

it's all good and slick and maybe it's going quite well
anyway .. maybe the post is popping for you, as i didn't see it often ( and there aren't a lot of posts around )
but about the promoting i sincerely don't care much as i don't have nothing to promote. Plus there are a lot of people, even if you would highlight one every day.
i rarely check the site anyway .. it doesn't catch my attention much. I do like their idea of filtering music with the mood and all .. though you don't really know what those colors mean ... red is for hardcore or what ?
the site could use a forum or something .. because right now it's just clicking profiles.
people still get friends there and such and then " vote my song plx plx ! " and the people are like " 5 stars ! w00t ! first vote ! "
so i wouldn't trust the rating system
from your point of view .. that of promoting yourself or getting to be heard there .. it's quite hard ... small chance, maybe if you're lucky
