This song is a strange compilation of loops with me trying to integrate a slower pattern of synth build up alongside a rather faster beat pattern. The ambience of it worked out ok, it was one of my earlier experimental tunes, a remix of an earlier tune called tranquilitae from splicemusic. Just thought I would share some of my earlier experimental remix work with everyone.

*Update* Newly retitled and also put in the "in progress" section. Added something that came to mind...
I put this together at work today. It's 11 tracks of loops, and it's repetitious. I was going to add some melody, soloing, or something. But, 1. This computer here has serious latency issues even with ASIO4All, and 2. It's about time to go home and this track is too complicated to try to reconstruct at home. I may just take the render home and see if I can come up with anything else for it. If anyone wants to use it for anything - go ahead.

Necromanos - Stuck in the 80's

I wanted to do a kinda retro 80's sounding track. I started out with Hammerhead drums playing LinnDrum samples, and a bass line using virtual Yamaha CS-80 and MiniMoog soft synths. The I added/played my real analog Korg Delta synth. I had to let the oscillators warm up for about an hour before it would keep in tune! But it sounds really good on the track, I think. Nothing like an analog synth. Finally added/played a guitar part to compliment. I don't know if it came out sounding very 80's like, but at this point, I'm stuck - or getting burnt out on the track. :o)
