Well, duh! I found the setting on Reaper to allow for different time sigs. I've been working on a Progressive Rock track, trying to incorperate some interesting odd meter times, but I'd not changed the time sig on Reaper from 4/4. Which makes it difficult. I can write an odd time phrase, but when recording it tend to almost want to make it fit into the 4/4 click or drums. So... I finally LOOKED in the settings... right there... click: Time/Tempo change! *smacks forehead*. Now enter in an odd time, like 7/4 or somethng, and there's the correct beats per measure.

I think it is time to develop this site into something more than just a blog type of site. It's time to get rid of the top down blog and audio front page. We will be seeing a more modern layout, where the audio will be displayed and categorized on the front page in a more grid style. I will be looking into a panel layout but I might just have to use some custom code and i-frames to accomplish this. There needs to be a presentation genre organization in the layout. I might even just use the player profile scheme as the main front page.

A short clip featuring me playing my bass with Addictive drums. I couldn't get it to post as an audio upload for some reason. Probably a problem with me! It's just a clip anyways, 50 seconds or so.

Yes, I'm still working on that progressive song. I have about 25 clips and ideas, I need to decide which ones I really like and expand on them.

As an effort to tighten up security for the site as well as limit the Script Bots from messing up all of our blogs and comments. I will be adding some features to the site that help prevent these issues. I will be requiring all musiicans to go through an administrator registration process, where they will be able to create an account on the site but they will be asked to submit some original material for revue before they will be allowed to join the site. This does not include already signed up users.

Hey guys I've been neglecting our forum too!!! Lots of times we just come here to see what's new and then go on to whatever it is we are doing. The key here is to make something interesting each and everytime we come to the site. However with busy schedules thats often hard to do, I do this myself. My main concern right now is with whether we should get rid of the forum or not? I have been keeping an eye on it and nobody is using it except for the few things we have labeled already and put up.

We will be adding a few changes to the site this week. One of the changes is going to be with the user profiles. This is a much needed area to work on for Jamacast. The feature we will be implementing is called Content Profiles. This is a feature that will take all of the content that a user has created and put it within their profile pages. We will also be trying to implement the Facebook mini blogs again to see if they will work better with this new feature.

To get to the Jamacast On Location just click on the animated film image at the top right part of the site. These files are of different sizes and prices, but the prices are from .50 to $1.49. You are getting a much greater value for your money with these files. Compare a five minute itunes Music Video @ $1.99 to our 25-30 minute Video @ $1.49.

Hello peeps. Sorry for the rudeness of my earlier post as i didn't introduce myself.

As far as my name is concerned you can call me either Tudor or Todd, but i think you are more familiar with Todd. I live in Romania, currently at an IT college in the city of Iasi. It's pretty rough , but fun. Age - 20.

Music wise i started .. i think 6 years ago or so .. slow and steady ( first few years was due to lack of internet ). My main genre would be electro, but i don't mind other genres ( EDM ) as long as it sounds awesome.

I picked up DJ-ing as well, but only to learn.
