New features and updates

Hello Everyone, I just wanted to blog about a few new things that I have been working on for the site.

* New feature just added --- Private Messages can now have file attachments to them. You have the ability to upload files of 64MB in size and a total per user of 1Gig. Available for (AOIM)memebers only.

* Need all of you members of the site who have not posted any music to the site, to put up atleast one song or a work in progress. This is so I can update your member status to AOIM.

* Today represents Jamacasts largest unique visitor ranking, I call these visitors followers because they like the site well enough to bookmark it. We are getting a 95+ bookmark percentage from these visitors. We saw 1294 unique visitors this month.

* The first Jamacast On Location with September Records and all of the bands was a blast, had a great time and learned a lot from this experience.

* I am now going to be working on getting us a facebook like chat system on Jamacast. I think this would be a great enhancement to the site.

* I will be adding a signup pay feature to the event calendar so people can buy there tickets in advance for events. This way people can earn coupons for upcoming shows.

* Starting today, only members who become an AOIM Member will have their banner displayed on the site front page. It's free and easy to become an AOIM member, just upload one song or one work in progress tune.

* In case you haven't noticed you can post your own events on the event calendar too. Ignore any errors you get while posting because it will still post. Let me know if you are having issues and I can do it for you or help you.

* The JOL or Jamacast On Location will be adding new products on it's cart. If you want some of your merchandise sold on this event cart get hold of me via private message so I can forward the details.
